Packing Department Incharge

Job Description

We are Looking for a Dental Instruments Packing Incharge. Who will be responsible for managing the packing process of Dental instruments, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining smooth and efficient operations. This role requires attention to detail, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of packaging procedures for dental instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise and manage the packing process.
– Ensure all instruments are packed in compliance with quality standards and regulat
– Develop and implement efficient packing procedures to optimize workflow.
– Inspect packaging materials and instruments to ensure quality and prevent defects.
– Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
– Train and monitor packing staff to ensure adherence to standards.
– Identify and resolve issues in the packing process promptly.
– Ensure a clean, safe, and organized packing area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Dental instrument packing or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of instruments and their handling/packaging requirements.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
